Onboarding
New Regiment members complete this journey before entering the rest of the Portal. Every existing member is encouraged to complete orientation to catch up on Regiment standards. Voluntary completion is recorded without changing existing access, rank or assignments.
Your Onboarding Journey
Six stages keep registration, standards, tools, and completion clear.
Orientation Complete
Your authenticated completion is recorded in the Regiment Operations Data Hub.
Your first 30 days in the Regiment
View your recorded journey and next actions →Orientation is the start. Over your first 30 days, use these suggested activities to meet your unit, learn, participate, and share feedback. Your leader can help when an activity is unavailable. These are not tracked completion requirements, access deadlines, or rank credit.
- 1. Explore your Home and My RegimentTake the site tour and find your profile, progress, calendar, and help routes.→
- 2. Find your community or unitIf you want a squad, review the units and discuss placement with leadership. A preference is not an approved assignment. Community members can participate without a squad or military rank.→
- 3. Start your first courseChoose an available starter course with your leader. A course pass, instructor certification, and rank credit are different records.→
- 4. Join your first event or trainingPick an activity you can attend. Registration reserves your place; attendance is recorded separately. If nothing suitable is scheduled, ask your leader for help.→
- 5. Tell us about your experienceAfter trying the website and an activity, share what worked and what needs improvement. Feedback is attached to your signed-in identity; it is not anonymous.→

Your place in the Regiment
The Regiment is a structured Arma Reforger community built around coordinated squads, reliable attendance, training, and a clear chain of command. Structure exists to make teamwork easier—not to create confusion.
Community Member
Access community spaces and public activities. Community-only members do not receive a Regiment military rank.
Squad Member
Assigned to an operational unit with rank progress, training, missions, and a defined leadership chain.
Patreon Member
Receives verified Sergeant or Officer benefits. Patreon does not create Regiment rank or leadership authority.
Rules that protect the unit
Respect every member
No harassment, discrimination, targeted abuse, trolling, griefing, hacking, intentional team killing, or NSFW content.
Use the chain of command
Start with your Team Leader or Squad Leader. Leaders escalate issues when necessary.
Honor commitments
If you register for an event, attend or notify your leader. Reliability is evidence used during development and promotion review.
Represent the Regiment well
Conduct in Discord, operations, and public servers reflects on the whole Regiment.
A simple operating path
1. Join your unit
Your Discord identity and approved roles determine portal access, unit, and leadership scope.
2. Train
Complete Academy learning and instructor-led practical work where a formal certification requires it.
3. Attend
Official missions and trainings are recorded against Event IDs. Public matches do not count as official mission attendance.
4. Advance
Time at rank is only one gate. Every blocking requirement and its evidence must be verified before promotion.
Existing ranks remain grandfathered. Future promotions use the active, versioned rank standard after Command publishes its effective date.
Everything in one place
Use the portal tools below for the workflows they support. Some legacy forms still use Smartsheet during migration; follow the current welcome instructions for registration. Your authenticated Discord identity is attached automatically to portal submissions.
